Rashi has been a policeman for 15 years, a true guardian of the law. It seems he’s always in control, but his unsuccessful attempts to conceive a baby with his wife overshadow his private life. What is more, his stepdaughter is at the pinnacle of puberty. After a routine drug check in a park, Rashi is accused of sexual misconduct and immediately suspended – the father of one of the youths involved can pull strings. Rashi’s integrity is called into question, and his wife also begins to distance herself – it’s inevitable that he’ll lose control. CHAINED is the second part of the trilogy LOVE, in which Yaron Shani breaks down the boundaries between documentary and fiction film. All of the actors are lay actors.
