A Shoah survivor climbs out the window and disappears to find the man who saved his life long ago.
Argentina today. 88-year-old Abraham Bursztein is supposed to move to a retirement home, and his leg is to be amputated too. The night before he is scheduled to move, he goes to the airport and flies to Europe. He wants to find his friend, who saved his life during World War II and with whom he hasn't been in touch for 70 years, in Poland. The cantankerous old man has unexpected encounters on the way. Pablo Solarz studied film in Chicago and returned to Argentina in the 1990s, where he worked as a screenwriter. His greatest successes have been INTIMATE STORIES and WHO SAYS IT’S EASY. He debuted as a director with TOGETHER FOREVER in 2011.
